Returns:

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges-EXCEPTION- damaged items. Claims for items damaged during transit must be made within (3) day of delivery date and include clear pictures of both damaged item(s) and the packaging in which it was delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for orders which are lost or delayed by the delivery carrier.

Orders which show as delivered (via tracking #), cannot be replaced. Please contact the carrier directly for items that show as delivered, but not yet received.
